  • We do not represent you in a real estate agency capacity under Missouri law.

  • We are principals in the transaction, purchasing your property for our own investment purposes.


3. Eligibility

To sell your property to us, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a contract.

  2. Have the legal right, title, and authority to sell the property.

  3. Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding the property and your ownership.


4. Offers and Pricing

  • All offers made by Saving KC Homebuyers are based on the information you provide and our own assessment of the property.

  • Offers are subject to verification of property condition, title status, and any liens, judgments, or encumbrances.

  • Offers are non-binding until both parties have executed a written purchase agreement.

  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw an offer before execution of the purchase agreement.


5. Purchase Agreements

  • All purchase agreements must be in writing and signed by both parties.

6. Closing Process

  • All funds will be disbursed in compliance with state and federal regulations.

7. No Obligation

Submitting information to Saving KC Homebuyers or receiving an offer does not obligate you to sell your property. You may accept or decline any offer at your sole discretion.


8. Property Condition

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, properties are purchased “as-is” in their current condition, with all faults and defects.

  • We do not require you to make repairs, but you must disclose any known material defects as required by Missouri law.


9. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about:

  • Property ownership.

  • Legal status (including liens, judgments, foreclosure status, probate).

  • Physical condition of the property.

  • Occupancy status and lease agreements, if applicable.

Providing false or misleading information may result in termination of the agreement and/or legal action.


10. Marketing and Testimonials

By working with us, you grant permission for Saving KC Homebuyers to:

  • Use non-confidential details of the transaction (e.g., “We purchased a home in Kansas City, MO”) in marketing materials.

  • Publish testimonials, reviews, or before/after property photos, with personal identifiers removed unless you grant explicit written consent.

  • We will not sell or share your personal information without your consent, except as required to complete the transaction or comply with legal obligations.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Saving KC Homebuyers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or any transaction with us.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saving KC Homebuyers and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
